Charging Port Battery Access

‍1. Post Location - Open the charging port on the front of the passenger side door.

2. Charging posts - Remove trim to reveal standard sockets. (Circled in red)

12V Battery Access

1. Vehicle Access - Use customers key card or phone to open the rear of the vehicle. 

2. Remove Rear Covers - Remove three fasteners and filter covers below the rear seats.

3. Peel Carpet - Remove the three carpet fasteners and fold carpet backwards to reveal the battery.

4. 12V Access - Battery A & B will be visible. Connect jump cables and charge both batteries to enable tow.
